Last year I had a female Anna's Hummingbird at my feeder with a deformed bill. This winter I have another, or is it the same one?
The deformity looks different but it was at the tip of the bill, as this one is. See LINK for photos of last years bird.
A Small Checkered Skipper on mallow, taken a few days ago.
So far, my best male Lawrence's Goldfinch. These birds are very skittish and hard to get close too.
